We are proud to announce a wonderful FREE SERVICE for the youth of Chicago Heights and Ford Heights. The Chicago Heights Park District is the lead organization in this collaborative partnership with the Bloom Township Youth and Family Services, the Southland Health Care Forum as the coordinating agency, Proactive Community Services, Southland Hispanic Leadership Council and School District 170. Jointly, these organizations will work together to provide an out of school program that increases opportunities for youth ages 11-17 to participate in structured development, learning activities and recreational programs designed to empower them to reach their individual goals and highest potential.
