This four week program focuses on developing athletic ability for active adults. Performance Fit workouts takes the individual through an intense 3 phase, full body circuit routine. We begin with a Thermo-genic warm-up, followed by performance conditioning, then finishing up with resistance training. Enrolling in this program will be an addition as well as progression for any routine you are currently taking part in. Come and test your skills and limits to find out what you are made of.
