Belly Dance for Everybody! Get ready to energize your body through the art of belly dancing. Learn exciting upper and lower body and traveling movements to tone and energize your whole body. Every 6 weeks you will learn a new dance routine to strengthen your core muscle, buns, shape your legs, tone your upper body and get a great cardio for a good posture, toned body and stronger heart. Belly Dance will also help you to become more feminine. Enjoy the music and let’s dance!!
