Get into the mind and body! Yoga class: combine physical activity with breath to reduce stress, con- trol weight, relieve lower back pain and enhance focus.

This yoga class is ideal for anyone new to yoga and interested in its benefits. Yoga sequence will help you build strength, increase flexibility and find focus. Yoga is a challenging and dynamic Vinyasa series, meaning breath is linked to movement. This class will invigorate your entire body. *Please bring yoga mat. (optional: hand towel and bottled water).
