This 30 min. workout is meant to sculpt and chisel your muscles without weights!!! The burn you get from this minimum to no rest continual movement will for sure have you questioning your heavy weighted workout all together…now you should understand the theme. This series will target muscle groups: Shoulders, Back, Chest, Legs/glutes.
