Board Meetings

The Chicago Heights Park District Board of Com- missioners meeting is held the second Monday of each month at 7 pm at the Recreation Center, 1400 Chicago Road. Meetings are open to the public. Parents

You are an important part of your child’s learning process and we encourage you to become as involved as possible. However, our instructors have found that the quality of instruction is affected by parent and/or sibling distractions. You are always welcome to discuss your child’s progress with his/ her instructor. We hope that your child will attend class independently. With your child’s best interest in mind, you are invited to attend the last class of the session. Thank you for your cooperation.

Park Permits

All parks are open to residents during regular park hours of dawn to dusk. Requests for park rentals will start January 2023.

Do It Today – Don’t Delay

If you wait until the last minute to register, the program or class you want to attend may not be available. At some point, we have to determine if enrollment is sufficient to hold the class and may have to be cancelled due to low enrollment. Call the Chicago Heights Recreation Center to register today!
