Strength and Agility Training

Are you looking to improve your overall body strength and agility? The CHPD has the perfect conditioning program just for you! This comprehensive program will consist of weight training agility, and speed workouts. The overall benefits include improved balance, coordination, speed, and body strength. Our instructor will demonstrate proper lifting techniques, and agility/speed exercises and assist each participant in obtaining their personal goals. Sign up now to get fit!
