Fitness Challenge Class
If you are searching for a full body workout with great results, this is the place to be. This class will give you the results you’re looking for. It improves cardiovascular fitness, strength and endurance. Invest in yourself and be the person you can be. This class includes a Fitness Challenge (similar to The Biggest Loser.) The winner of the challenge receives a monetary award after completion of the eight week challenge.

Youth Summer Track & Field Program
This is a 16 week program focusing on developing sprinters; hurdlers; distance runners; long, triple and high jumpers; shot putters and discus throwers. The program will be affiliated with USA Track & Field. All athletes will be eligible to qualify for the National Junior Olympics which is contested annually at a collegiate location somewhere in the US. This year will be Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland. Open to ages 7-18 ( 19 if birth date is after July 29th ). Head Coach: Reginald Torian, JR

Intermediate Girls & Boys Gymnastics Session I
To join this program, gymnasts should have at least one year experience and be able to perform the beginner level skills by them selves with good technique. Students will work on an intermediate skill level, form and techniques on such things as: back walk-over, round-offs, back extension and front walkovers.

Adult & Youth Swim Lessons
Adults learn the basic steps to meet aquatic needs. Develop security in the water while learning the basic skills. Skills will include the breast stroke, back stroke and other techniques. Class is held at the St. James Health & Wellness Center.
Children can develop basic water skills to meet developmental needs. They will learn basic swim strokes and develop security in the water. All ability levels welcome. Registration taken at the Chicago Heights Recreation Center.
