Jr. Fitness Class

This fitness class is a challenging and fun way to get in shape. The class consists of a total body workout which will improve your child’s cardiovascular fitness, strength and endurance. this class is an eight week session.

Day: Saturdays

Time: 10:30 a.m.

Date: Session I: Sept 17 – Oct 18

Session II: Oct 15 – Nov 5

Session III: Nov 12 – Dec 3

Holiday Break (December 24 & 31)

Session IV: Dec 10 – Jan 14

Session V: Jan 21 – Feb 4

Session VI: Feb 11 – March 3

Fee: $50.00 per class / $55 NR

Min: 6 participants
